We serve all major areas within the North Shore, Massachusetts region and Greater Boston. If you're unsure whether we cover your specific location, please contact us directly.

Simply give us a call at 978-290-6085 or use our online consultation form. One of our friendly team members will assist you in scheduling an appointment that suits your convenience.

During your first session, our therapist will conduct an initial evaluation to understand your needs and concerns. They'll review your medical history, assess your current physical condition, and create a personalized therapy plan for you.

Absolutely! All our physical therapists are fully licensed in Massachusetts and are insured. We pride ourselves on having a team of professionals who continuously upgrade their skills and knowledge.

Not at all! While we do have a specialization in physical therapy for seniors, our services cater to all ages — including athletes, post-surgical patients, and those with chronic conditions.

Sessions & Treatment

A physical therapy session lasts 45–55 minutes. The session depends on the patient's needs — no two sessions are the same. Each one is catered to your individual goals and conditions.

The frequency of sessions largely depends on your specific needs and the treatment plan crafted by our therapist. Some clients may benefit from multiple sessions a week, while others may only require bi-weekly visits.

Our therapists come equipped with the necessary tools and equipment for the session. If there are specific exercises or treatments requiring specialized equipment, we'll discuss this with you in advance. We bring the gym to you.

We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. Our therapists strictly adhere to all recommended health guidelines, including wearing masks when appropriate, sanitizing regularly, and maintaining appropriate distancing. We continually monitor and adapt our protocols based on the latest health advisories.

Insurance & Billing

Yes! We currently accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna insurance. We are working on being contracted with additional health insurance companies. Please reach out to see if we cover yours. We can also provide a good faith estimate and/or a bill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We accept cash or check and are working on a credit payment system — coming soon.

Our focus is on providing convenient, high-quality care. While in-home therapy might have a slightly higher fee due to travel and personalized service, many clients find the benefits — such as saved travel time and personalized care — outweigh any cost difference.
